These terms govern use of xqpcoin.com, XQP research materials, support levels and related communications.
Nature of the project
XQP is an experimental research thesis exploring positive-sum financial architecture, mathematical coordination and future value systems. It is not a regulated investment service, financial adviser, token exchange, brokerage, wallet provider or token-sale platform.
No investment advice or offer
Nothing on this site is financial, legal, tax or investment advice. Nothing on this site is an offer, solicitation, recommendation or invitation to buy, sell, hold, trade or speculate on cryptoassets, securities or financial instruments.
Support levels and memberships
Support levels are paid community/research-access contributions billed in GBP if activated. They may include updates, discussion access, research calls, early notes or community participation. They do not provide tokens, equity, debt, profit share, redemption rights, yield, repayment rights or guaranteed future benefits.
Trials, cancellation and refunds
Where a 5-day trial is offered, billing should begin only after the agreed trial arrangement is accepted. You may cancel by emailing support@xqpcoin.com. Any refund or cancellation position should be confirmed before payment activation, especially where digital content or community access is supplied immediately.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the site or community for scams, impersonation, illegal activity or misleading financial promotion.
- Do not present XQP materials as guaranteed investment, trading or token-purchase instructions.
- Do not copy, resell or misrepresent research materials without permission.
Accuracy and availability
Research materials may be incomplete, experimental, speculative or revised over time. The site may be changed, paused or withdrawn without notice.
Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, XQP is not responsible for trading losses, investment decisions, token purchases made elsewhere, third-party platforms, wallet errors, blockchain losses, tax consequences or reliance on experimental research materials.
